Natixis the first key player in public M&As for mid and large caps

In 2020, Natixis was the sole institution to have sponsored and underwritten 6 tender offers in France(1). This great achievement confirms the footprint of Natixis as the first key player in public M&As for mid and large caps.

Leveraging on its unique experience, Natixis is able to structure, underwrite and execute the whole transaction, from the identification of block trades on behalf of the offeror to the implementation of the squeeze-out procedure aiming at delisting the target company.

Last year, CVC (April Group), Bolloré (Blue Solutions), Worldline (Ingenico), Eurazeo PME (Easyvista), Argos Wityu (EPC) and Tikehau Capital/Sofidy (Selectirente) have placed their trust in Natixis.

“We would like to warmly thank our clients for their trust and confidence and we look forward to doing more and assisting other bidders in similar successful takeover offers” said Françoise Negroni, Head of Structuring and Execution (Equity Capital Markets) at Natixis.
