Natixis CIB holds leading position in French Equity Capital Markets in 2022

Natixis CIB is the market leader in 2022 in Equity Capital Markets (ECM), ranking #1 in France(1) with 13% market share. Thanks to its Strategic Equity Capital Markets team, Natixis CIB successfully completed 15 equity capital transactions and raised funds for more than €8.5 bn on behalf of its clients in 2022.

The Bank was notably selected with its partner ODDO BHF as Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner for the largest IPO deal in France in 2022, the French green hydrogen producer Lhyfe for €118 m. Natixis CIB also acted as Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner for the largest capital increase of the year in France of EDF for €3.2 bn.
