Natixis acted as active bookrunner in the triple tranche €2.1bn bond issue for Vivendi, worldwide leader in media, contents and communications.

This multi-tranche transaction with maturities of three, six and nine and a half years respectively, marks Vivendi’s return after a period of almost two years with no bond issue and demonstrates that investors still have strong interest in rated investment grade debt.

Part of the issuance will finance Canal+ Group’s “biggest international acquisition project” with the purchase of Group M7.

This transaction highlights Natixis’ commitment to helping its client to develop their strategies and pursue their international finance.
