First IPO in the Cleantech sector in France

Hydrogène de France Energy chose Natixis' Strategic Equity Capital Markets (SECM) team for its IPO on Euronext. Natixis acted as Joint Bookrunner on this €132 million transaction, which was a great success - as demonstrated by the maximised size after the exercise of the extension clause and the pricing at the top end of the range at €31.05.

HDF Energy is a pioneer in the development of infrastructure for the production of continuous or on-demand electricity from hydrogen derived from renewable energy sources (wind or solar).

This superb operation will support the growth and ambitions of the company, which is aiming for a turnover of €100m by 2025.

This transaction confirms Natixis' commitment to energy transition. This is the largest ever fundraising in the hydrogen sector in France and also the most significant in the cleantech sector since 2018 and the IPO of Neoen, which Natixis also led.
