Natixis and Stam, an independent real estate investment manager, have set up a first €100 million facility in favor of SPPICAV Opera, a fund dedicated to residential investments in Paris and managed for the account of European pension funds and institutional investors.
The 10-year facility was used to finance the first acquisition, an Haussmannien residential complex located in Paris 17, and is intended to support the financing of future acquisitions.
