Sonnedix San Raffaele

Natixis acted as Structuring Mandated Lead Arranger, Underwriter and Hedging Bank, along with other three banks, for the €201.6 million non-recourse financing of a PV portfolio, fully owned by Sonnedix, a leading independant solar photovoltaic power developer and producer.

The project consists of: (i) the refinancing of 61.8 MW brownfield photovoltaic assets located in several Italian regions, and (ii) the financing of future acquisitions of additional PV projects.
