Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking has a dedicated global team of insurance specialists that serve as partners to our insurance clients, seeking to understand their specific needs and combine the expertise of our business lines to provide bespoke financial solutions.
 
We accompany insurance clients in the strategic management of their activities. We advise them on their corporate financing needs, including capital, liquidity and risk optimization, M&A and acquisition financing solutions. We support clients in raising funding on the European debt capital markets, in managing their equity - including through equity buybacks and employee compensation plans - and in optimizing their balance sheet through asset and liability management (ALM) solutions including hedging of interest rates and foreign exchange exposure. 
 
We are also a leading manufacturer of investment solutions for insurers. We develop equity- and fund-linked products, both for distribution to retail clients and for insurers’ general account. We also enable exposure to infrastructure and real estate assets originated by Natixis CIB, as well as to illiquid credit through dedicated residential mortgage origination platforms, to social housing and local government initiatives financed by Groupe BPCE entities, and to collateralized US and European loans through our structured credit platform.
