We are pleased to announce the successful €715m rights issue for Tikehau Capital where Natixis was global coordinator, lead manager and joint bookrunner. Proceeds will be used to finance investment in the group’s funds and take acquisition-led growth opportunities.
This is the second capital increase that Natixis has managed for this client, and also the largest in France this year.
