PV portfolio refinancing for Sonnedix in Italy

Natixis acted as Structuring Mandate Lead Arranger and Underwriter for the refinancing of a 47.3 MW PV Portfolio consisting in 23 assets located in six Italian regions (Abruzzo, Apulia, Latium, Piedmont, Sicily and Tuscany). The Borrower, Sonnedix Santa Lucia Srl, is owned by Sonnedix group, a leading solar photovoltaic independent power developer and producer. The assets started commercial operation between 2007 and 2012 and sell their electrical output pursuant to 20-year feed-in tariff contracts with the GSE, the Electricity System Operator in Italy.
