The total amount invested on the Merius investment platform has just reached 1bn. The platform was set up in late 2016 and provides a high value-added innovative investment solution for institutional investors on the Dutch residential mortgage loan market.
The fast-growing size of the platform, set up by Natixis in partnership with Dutch investment solutions provider CMIS Group, reflects strong interest from investors and particularly insurers in this profitable low-risk asset class that is traditionally offered by Dutch banks and insurers.
