Covage

Natixis acted as financial advisor to Covage in one of the largest project financing related to fiber deployment in France, a non-recourse senior debt of €183 million. The loan was arranged and underwriten by Natixis and Caisse d'Epargne Languedoc Roussillon alongside Banque Postale and Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking.

The project consists in the design, installation, operation, marketing and financing of the FTTH Hérault Numérique network, according to the Public Service Delegation attributed to Covage by the Hérault Department in February 2018, with a target of 255,000 connections installed in five years. It sustains the ambitions of France Très Haut Debit national program.
