Congress Square, Boston

Natixis has provided a $230.7 million floating-rate financing to Related Fund Management for the refinancing of a mixed-use building known as Congress Square, located at 40 Water Street, in the Post Office Square neighborhood of Boston’s Financial District.

Congress Square is a newly renovated, 16-story, Class A, mixed-use building with 369,617 square feet of rentable space. Congress Square’s transformative design integrates modern and historic architecture through the addition of seven new glass and steel office floors above the fully renovated office and retail space, which is enclosed by a historic façade. In addition, Congress Square provides tenants with an extensive array of shops, restaurants, and public transportation.
