NATIXIS Pfandbriefbank AG acted as the Arranger of an eight-year mortgage for the account of funds managed by Amundi Real Estate. The transaction is a non-recourse financing transaction secured by a portfolio of two prime office properties located in Berlin and Frankfurt.

The deal reflects NATIXIS Pfandbriefbank AG’s capacity to arrange and underwrite complex transactions, and to compete on core transactions in the German market.
