Three main topics :the impact of AI, the new methods and trends in project management, the new methods and trends in project management and the journey of a Project Manager.”

Ludovic Favarette, Director of the ORION project within Technologies &Operations Groupe BPCE: “I find it super interesting to broaden our daily work by looking at different experiences or projects. We can learn from them and evolve our own practices. The questions being raised are concerns I deal with daily with my teams, like how we organize our exchange times with the teams. How we handle downtimes and restarts, how we make sure the teams don’t burn out over time, and how we can add a bit of cross-functionality to the entire project.

Salma Lahlou, Business Manager IT Global Banking, Client & Risks Natixis CIB: We had the opportunity to meet a lot of different project managers with different backgrounds, various experiences. I like the fact that they talked about the importance of soft skills because for me communication and collaboration are very important in project management.

There were a lot of events with really interesting speakers and there were relevant subjects and it made us connect with a lot of different people. So, I'm really looking forward for the next one.”
