[Music with text : what is Next Now? Why this new mission at WINN?]

Michela Cicenia : “The reason why I accepted this role is simply because I believe to be a clear example of how it is possible to combine personal life and professional life, investing in your career without renouncing to any dimension of your life. And this is a very strong message that I would like to deliver to all the women today.”

Khalid Krim : “And for me it's very important as a man to be active and to be involved, and to show that men can be active and help for that cause.”

[music with text : What is done? What needs to be done?]

Michela Cicenia : “First I took advantage to say thank you to Barbara Riccardi, who left WIN and gave us this great opportunity. A lot of things have already been done. Many different initiatives were launched, like the mentorship, like the improvement of the network, the business event we did with the women. All that are by definition part of the agenda that we would like to continue to fix.

At the same time, I think we need to invest even more and beyond what has been done. And then, with the help of Khalid, we can definitely do much more.”

Khalid Krim : “We really think that we can do more and we can improve what we do within the WINN network. And I would name two or three topics. One: we should be able to do more to promote our female talent within the organization. That's something on which we'll be working.

Two: we need to involve, and I will be very keen to involve, more of our male colleagues to act and help us within the WINN network at Natixis.

And last, with Michela, we want to make sure that we track and measure the performance and the actions of WINN. So these actions are something that will drive our agenda going forward within the WINN network.”

[Text : What are your ambitions?]

Khalid Krim : “On my side, as a vice president, I want to be a sponsor. I want to be supporting, and I want to be a catalyst of what we do for our female colleagues alongside Michela. It's very important that we also help female talent to gain more visibility and to be promoted as well at all levels, not only at the senior level but also in the early years of their career. So that's something that will be high on the agenda of what we will be doing at CIB on the WINN side.”

Michela Cicenia : “Indeed, our ambition is really to promote a different leadership model that should be more inclusive and promote diversity, but at the same time attract more female talent and retain them, to be sure that we can really act a new and a different leadership model in Natixis.”
