We succeeded on building up the business. It was not existent, and now it's a rock solid business that actually is being followed by the rest of international competitors here in the market.”

Raghu: “The main impact comes from the talent density we have created. And it's not just about creating the talent density, it's also about getting the talent to believe in the growth story, and grooming them so that we can create the next generation of leaders.”
