There is lot of capital, both debt and equity, available to invest in infrastructure projects and companies. But there is an even larger need for infrastructure investment. Are there exogenous factors limiting the pool of investable assets despite the urgent need for investment or is it because investors are all chasing the same limited pool of assets that meet a certain geographic and risk profile?
