Natixis Pfandbriefbank AG arranged a €240 million term loan facility for Phoenix Spree Deutschland Limited, a UK listed investment company specialising in Berlin residential real estate. The facility comprises of two tranches: a €190 million refinancing facility and a €50 million acquisition facility, that may be used by the borrowers to acquire new properties.
